Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to shape and lead production and design teams across agencies including VML, Wunderman Thompson, Geometry Global, and Ogilvy. In my current role as Associate Director, Creative Services at VML, I lead the West Coast production design group, leading and cultivating a skilled design team while contributing hands-on to creative and production workflows across digital, email/CRM, traditional print, OOH, presentations, and more. I focus on creating collaborative, process-driven environments where teams can grow, take creative ownership, and deliver work that consistently meets the highest standards.
